Information Removal Request

You might have the right to request that we delete personal information that we have collected from you. CCPA does not apply to information that is governed by the federal Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA) as well as other federal and state regulations, like HIPAA. If we have personal information about you that is not governed by GLBA or other regulations that would otherwise make it exempt, we will follow the CCPA requirements and other regulatory requirements to fulfill are legal obligations.

As with any other consumer request about personal information, the identity of the person making such request must be verified to ensure they are within their legal right to make such request. There are legal exemptions that will be considered when we are fulfilling a request to delete personal information. We might delete all or part of your information because of these exceptions. Information that is necessary to complete a transaction, provide goods or services you request, security or investigative purposes to comply with law enforcement, are just some of the exemptions we may exercise in reviewing a removal request.

You also understand that your information may or may not be deleted according to what the law allows or requires. Only information that isn’t otherwise protected and is requested to be removed from a verified source, will be removed.
